Guimarães Map
Guimarães is about an hour north east of Porto and also close to Braga. Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage site that includes Guimarães Castle and the Duke's Palace (Paço dos Duques de Bragança) as well as several worthwhile museums and churches.
