Campolide Rail Connections
Campolide is the first station on the Fertagus Line north of the Tagus River for passengers coming from Coina and Setubal.
The Fertagus Line's northern terminus is at Roma-Areeiro and the next stop is Entrecampos. The line then heads south west to Sete Rios and Campolide before crossing the Tagus to Pragal. Coina Station further south is another important station on the line with bus connections to Azeitão.
Campolide's Fertagus Station was designed by architect Motta Guedes, who also designed the Fertagus stations at Foros de Amora and Setúbal.
There are azulejos tiles by Eduardo Nery (1938-2013) and Andreas Stocklein, sculptures by Francisco Simões, and the modern art work Imaginary Cities by João Charters de Almeida in front of the building.
Comboios de Portugal (CP) trains depart from Campolide for Sintra via Rossio Station. Rossio is 3 minutes on the train.
