The Palácio Barahona is an historic mansion in Portalegre in the Alto Alentejo region in central Portugal. The house is in Largo Serpa Pinto, with its garden overlooking the castle, which was also once part of the Caldeira de Castel-Branco family's estate.
The property dates from the early 19th century and its first owner was Francisco Cordovil Castelo Branco Barahona. Later, the Marquis of São Paio became its owner, and Sport Clube Estrela de Portalegre later established its headquarters there. In the 1980s, it was acquired by the Portuguese State, which carried out renovations, and since 1993, it has housed the Portalegre District Archives.
It was classified as a Property of Public Interest in 1982 and the interior features both large statues and art works.
